Carlton is the rhubarb capital of England, situated halfway between Leeds and Wakefield in West Yorkshire. The village is ideally located close to the M1 and M62 motorways, and A1 / M1 link.

Leave the M62 at Junction 30. Take the exit for the A642 (Wakefield) and, almost immediately, turn right onto the B6135. Turn right again at the next two junctions and enter Carlton village. Carry on round the bend and the Social Club will appear on your left.

There is ample parking on both sides of the road.
